Charles Bentley PhD


The founder of Unitive® coaching with four decades of experience as an agent for change for individuals and organisations. Originally graduating in pharmaceutical chemistry at King’s College London, he also has a master’s degree in phenomenology and a doctorate in humanistic psychology.

Over the last thirty years I have worked in the UK, Europe and the USA as a professional agent of change with many international companies and a wide range of institutions. My coaching clientele includes media personalities, entrepreneurs and many professionals in the business and corporate world, media and the arts. I am often quoted in the national quality press as a recognised authority on personal and business coaching and have appeared on BBC TV’s ‘Omnibus’ series, Channel 4 TV, ITV1 and BBC Radio 4.

Andy Turnbull Online Life Coach

Andy Turnbull BA CPFA

Finance professional with over 15 years senior management experience in both national and international organisations. With a degree from Exeter University he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Finance Director of the EMCC in the UK.

I have worked with a range of major British and international NGOs leading their global finance and other support services functions. As well as leading and managing teams, I have been fortunate to be involved in a wide variety of interesting and challenging strategic projects. These include revising organisational strategy, managing organisational change, implementing and developing finance, HR and database systems, developing and rolling out quality assurance systems, developing competency frameworks, developing performance measurement systems, designing and delivering training courses and a number of other organisational development projects.

Anne Katrin Schlag PhD

Highly qualified academic and government advisor, with degrees and PhD in psychology from the London School of Economics and international fellowships at La Sapienza, Cambridge and Harvard. Presently lecturer at King’s College, London.

After completing my PhD in Psychology at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006, I have worked as a psychologist in a variety of roles and disciplines encompassing academia, research and consultancy.

In addition to being a Unitive® Psychologist I have lectured, given keynote speeches and advised governments, industry and policy makers on their communication strategies. At present, I work part-time as Senior Researcher and Lecturer at King’s College London.

I am a member of the British Psychological Society, The Society for Risk Analysis, the Social Research Association, Scientists for Global Responsibility, the European Council for Coaching and Mentoring and am an associate of Charles Bentley Associates Ltd as a Unitive® Life Coach in London.

I live with my husband and two baby boys in Kensington, London.
