Coming to the end of the weekend, there was no pattern to recognise. What had I missed? It was the process of letting go, achieved by the very last exercise, which unknowingly dropped my protective guard and set me free into the ‘sea change’ – a truly liberating experience, Now that I know where Unitive Coaching can take me, I’m not so hung up about the how it’s done.
